Deniz ŞAHİNKAYA

Deniz Şahinkaya, born in 1983, graduated from Sakarya University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Geophysical Engineering in 2006.
Between 2005 and 2006, she was involved in archaeo-geophysical studies in various cities, participating in unearthing of many ancient buildings.
Between 2006-2007, she worked as a portfolio specialist at Garanti Bank A.Ş.
Between 2007 and 2013, she worked as a real estate appraiser and business development manager at Vektor Real Estate Appraisal A.Ş. and between 2013 and 2016, she directed the Research/Reporting and Corporate Communications departments at Eva Gayrimenkul Değerleme A.Ş. During the same period, she was also a member of the Board of Turkish Appraisers Association.
Between 2016-2017, she worked as the Sales & Leasing Director in Bilfinger Turkey, which is one of the biggest construction companies in the world.
In 2017, she established a company called Monetise Real Estate Solutions to use the experience she gained in the real estate market for more than 10 years.
